The tri tip steak is the classic cut of beef that's grilled in a Santa Maria- style barbecue that originated on the California's Central Coast. The meat is rubbed with a blend of salt, black pepper and garlic then grilled over hot coals of red oak wood. Our blend has a little heat from chili pepper and is versatile enough for seasoning steak as well as chicken or pork, or use on the grill, stovetop of air fryer. Shake on 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. Seasoning per 1 lb. meat or poultry.
